FREIGHT
In Denmark orders above 700,00 DKK are sent free of charges. Orders less than 700 DKK will be subject to shipping and handling costs of 50 DKK.
For other EU countries, we are offering free shipping on all orders above 1500 DKK. All orders less than this amount will be subject to freight costs of 112,00 DKK (corresponding to 15 EUR)
For Norway & Switzerland, orders will be subject to shipping and handling costs of 220 DKK incl. VAT.

DELIVERY
Your items from Project AJ117 will be shipped in between 1-3 days in Denmark and 3-5 days to EU countries. If your order is placed before 12.00. We will do our very best to ship the same work day.
ORDERS TO UNITED KINGDOM
For the moment we can unfortunately not accept orders from United Kingdom because of new restrictions from Brexit.
We hope to soon be able to offer delivery to United Kingdom again.
ORDERS TO NORWAY
Our webshop (Copenhagen Jade) is a VOEC-registered webshop. According to new (per April 2020) VOEC-rules it is possible for us to collect the Norwegian VAT on orders with a value per item (excluding freight) below 3.000 NOK. If the value per item is above 3.000 NOK you will be charged VAT and custom duties when receiving the package.
Please also refer to below link from Skatteetaten in Norway if you are charged twice for VAT - for instance when buying and again when bringing the package into Norway:

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also enclose our return form available for download here. The return parcel must be send by courier. The shipping cost has to be paid by you.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping cost
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
Project AJ117 provide a 2 year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, including defects in manufacturing and material. We are entitled to deduct additional costs for the transmission of the item, if you choose to order a more expensive shipping form than the one the seller offer.
