You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also enclose our return form available for download here. The return parcel must be send by courier. The shipping cost has to be paid by you.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Project AJ117 provide a 2 year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, including defects in manufacturing and material. We are entitled to deduct additional costs for the transmission of the item, if you choose to order a more expensive shipping form than the one the seller offer.
