PRICING & TAXES
All prices shown on the webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) and inclusive of VAT.
Prices do not include delivery charges.
Orders within the EU will be inclusive of local VAT. You will not have to pay any additional VAT or custom duties as long as your order is delivered within the EU.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties which will be at your own expense. Any fees regarding local customs will be sent to you directly.

Orders to Norway
Our webshop (Copenhagen Jade) is a VOEC-registered webshop. According to new (per April 2020) VOEC-rules it is possible for us to collect the Norwegian VAT on orders with a value per item (excluding freight) below 3.000 NOK. If the value per item is above 3.000 NOK you will be charged VAT and custom duties when receiving the package.

ORDERING
Copenhagen Jade can not guarantee that all items on the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you shortly by e-mail or phone. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and prices on the webshop, errors may occur. Copenhagen Jade is not responsible for changes in VAT or tax, sold-out items or courier delivery failure.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail stated in your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us at info@project-aj117.com

PAYMENT
Project AJ117 accepts the following payments:

The payment will not be charged on your card before the goods are ready to be shipped.

Payment is made through an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your payment information is safe with us.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and can vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be terminated. We offer free shipping on exchanges (for Denmark and EU) via our return portal

How to return (for EU customers)

Please have your order number ready to complete your registration.

Create your return via our return portal here.
After registration, you will receive an e-mail with your return label
Prepare your return package and remember to include the enclosed return slip.
Ship your return parcel and remember to save your tracking number

Please note that a return fee of 9 EUR will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to return (For NON-EU customers)

Please have your order number ready to complete your registration.

Create your return via our return portal here.
After registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return.
Include the return slip that came with your order.
Return your parcel with any courier of your choice. Remember to save your shipping receipt. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops.

Please note that the cost of return is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If you wish to return an item
You should be aware of the following to ensure you receive a full refund:

The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, or have any external odors.
Clothing must have its original tags attached, as we cannot resell the item without them.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to make an exchange - Choose the size/color you want instead of the item you are returning. You also have the option to choose an entirely different item.
Your exchange will be treated as a new order, which you pay for immediately.
Your new order will be shipped within 2-4 business days. The item you return will be credited upon receipt. You will be charged a handling fee when placing an exchange order but there will be free freight on your new order.

For International (countries outside the EU):

If you wish to exchange to another item, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

CLAIMS

To process a complaint, you must always contact us directly by email: info@project-aj117.com with your order number, the reason for the complaint, and photos that show the issue. This helps us resolve the matter more quickly. Depending on the specific situation, we will provide further instructions.

Complaints about defects must always be submitted to us within a reasonable time after you have received the item. Two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint must, of course, be justified, and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use of the item.

If your complaint is justified, you are entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific situation.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

We will, of course, refund your shipping costs within reasonable limits if the complaint is justified.

Project AJ117 provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you the right to make a complaint about a product.
