Orders within the EU will be inclusive of local VAT. You will not have to pay any additional VAT or custom duties as long as your order is delivered within the EU.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties which will be at your own expense. Any fees regarding local customs will be sent to you directly.

Orders to Norway
Our webshop (Copenhagen Jade) is a VOEC-registered webshop. According to new (per April 2020) VOEC-rules it is possible for us to collect the Norwegian VAT on orders with a value per item (excluding freight) below 3.000 NOK. If the value per item is above 3.000 NOK you will be charged VAT and custom duties when receiving the package.

Copenhagen Jade can not guarantee that all items on the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you shortly by e-mail or phone. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and prices on the webshop, errors may occur. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it - provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). Any label or tags should be intact.

After filling out your e-mail, order number and reason for return, a shipping label will be sent directly to your e-mail. The price for the return label is 45 DKK which will be deducted from the amount we return for your items.

When completing a return you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packaged responsibly. Our shipping bags are reusable and can be used again for returning items. Please be aware that old parcel labels must not be visible!

Concerning EXHANGES:
Unfortunately our system can not handle exchanges. If you want to exchange for another color og size, you have to return your order (as above) and then you have to place a new order in the right size and color.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning the parcel. Returns must be send directly to our address. We only accept parcels delivered to our company address. Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to a parcel shop or post office.

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within normally 5-7 bank days - depending on the policy of your card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be deducted the shipping cost (if you paid any on your order).

We do not accept returns for Project AJ117 products purchased other places than through our own webshop.  

Project AJ117 provide a 2 year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) where you have the right to submit a complaint.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired or exchanged or you can get your money back or receive a discount – depending on the specific situation. Damage to the item caused by customer mismanagement is not covered by the warranty.

Complaints concerning defects must always be notified to with a reasonable amount of time after receiving the order. Two months are considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Please send a description and some pictures to describe your complaint. We will of course refund your shipping costs within a reasonable limit when justifying a complaint.
