How to Return or Exchange an Item:
To make a return or exchange, you must use our return portal. Returns are at your own expense.
- Go to the return portal here: https://projectaj117.floatanalytics.com/
- Fill in your order number, email address, and select the items you wish to return along with the reason for the return.

If you wish to make an exchange – choose the size/color you want instead of the item you are returning. You also have the option to choose an entirely different item.
Your exchange will be treated as a new order, which you pay for immediately.
Your new order will be shipped within 2–4 business days. The item you return will be credited upon receipt.
- After registration you will receive an e-mail with all instruction included.
- Prepare your return. Pack the items you registered in the return portal. Make sure the item is securely packed. Our shipping bags can be reused. Remove any old shipping labels and include the packing slip (which came with your order).

Return your parcel with any courier of your choice. Remember to save your shipping receipt. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops. The cost of return is your responsibility. Please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses, duty or VAT and this will not be refunded.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed back to your account within 8–10 business days.

If You Have a Claim, Please Contact Us Directly:
To process a complaint, you must always contact us directly by email: info@project-aj117.com with your order number, the reason for the complaint, and photos that show the issue. This helps us resolve the matter more quickly. Depending on the specific situation, we will provide further instructions.
Complaints about defects must always be submitted to us within a reasonable time after you have received the item. Two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint must, of course, be justified, and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use of the item.
If your complaint is justified, you are entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific situation.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
We will, of course, refund your shipping costs within reasonable limits if the complaint is justified.
Project AJ117 provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you the right to make a complaint about a product.
